The Polish national airline is LOT. Quite often, internal flights in Poland (for example, Warsaw - Poznan) are free if you arrive in Poland on LOT. You can check this out when you are booking.

There are frequent flights to Poznan from Warsaw, with LOT. In addition, there are direct flights from some other European cities to Poznan.
