SURFnet's Community Support

It is impossible to be in touch with all SURFnet's end users individually. However, it is possible to get them to know us and the things we do. In my presentation I will explain how SURFnet tries to accomplish this. I will explain why SURFnet feels the need to expand its communication target group, which groups of users can be identified and how the newly founded department of Community Support is trying to reach them.

In this presentation I will discuss and give examples of:
- Getting feedback from users
- Bringing groups of users together
- Using (mass) media
